Terms of Service

Please provide details in a respectable, professional and/or friendly manner.
The artist have the rights to decline commissions if the commissioner fails to follow basic respectful manner towards the artist.

Referrals 

  • Discount is not cummulative, discounts can will only be applied once per commission.

Proficiency

I am a variety artist however there are styles and level of expertise that I may be good or not at just yet. But, I am willing to try.

Proficient With:

  • Female Characters (Please see "General Terms" for some type of works.)

  • Male Characters - Shouta to Teen Only

  • Fanarts

  • Dakimakuras

  • Character Designs

  • Chibis

  • Simple Background Illustrations

  • NSFW (Except heavy gore)

Not Proficient with:

  • Musceled Characters

  • Overweight Characters

  • Old Characters

  • Full On Anthropomorphic Characters

  • Full on Robots/Mechas

  • High End Background Illustration

  • Realism

General Terms

  • Pay after sketch.  (Upfront are very much appreciated)

  • The artist usually works with (W:10.27 x H:14.07) Canvas size Vertical.

  • Sketches and samples are appreciated but not required, but do provide a clear and specified description of your commission request.

  • If the commissioner have a specific canvas size the artist should work on, the commissioner must inform the artist first.

  • For "Surprise Me" commissions, this is a skeb style commission wherein you tell the "Artist" whoever character you wish to be drawn but the "Artist" will decide whichever pose,scene,background and the likes. (Please mention if it is SFW or NSFW work as well)

Process

  • Lineart Phase - Commissioners are required to pay atleast 50% or at full on this process.

  • Color and Rendering Phase - Commissioners are expected to pay at full at this phase, the artist will send the commissioner first the flat colored characters for commissioner to ask for changes on the base colors.

  • File Compilations - The Commissioners will receive multiple files(zipped with password(password will be provided once the payment has been fulfilled) depending on their commissions.-Static Normal Illustrations (PNG and PSD File)

  • -Rig Ready Commissions (PNG,PSD-Raw and Rig ready Files)
     

  • -Wallpaper Engine or Live2d Animated Commissions (PNG,PSD,MP4)

  • -Video Files are sent via request from the commissioner.
    SPEEDPAINT RECORDING - COMMISSIONERS MUST INFORM THE ARTIST FIRST BEFORE STARTING, THIS MUST BE DONE TO RECORD THE VIDEO.

  • A Filen.io cloud service (moved from Gdrive) link will be sent to the client for download.

Copyright/Usage

For sketches, the commissioner are not to use the sketches to be finished by the other artists, unless it was paid.

For both Uses:

Commissioners may use the artworks on X, Instagram, and other social medias without extra costs.

For Personal Use:

Artwork won't be used for monetary purposes.

You are a hobbyist, original characters, no intention to sell the artwork around.

You are representing your brand with the use of the artwork without the means of monetary gains.

  • For personal use commissions, the commissioner shall not use the commissioned art work for monetary gains and monetary distribution without permission with the artist.

  • ​You may use the artwork for promotions on social medias - X, instagram and the likes without extra costs. (Credits are very much appreciated but not required.)

  • Clients own the artwork as well, but shall not claim that they made the artwork.

  • You may accept legitimate donations using the artwork.

  • Informing about the changes on the artwork is very much appreciated but not required. Feel free to explore more creativity on your commissioned artwork.

  • As much as the "Artist" doesn't mind AI, the "Artist would really appreciate it if you don't feed the artwork into the database.

  • The artist also have the rights to the art piece but the artist is obliged to respect the commissioners request for privacy Ownership of the artwork goes to the Client and the Artist. (Clients being the commissioners and Artist being the one made the commission/ service provider.)

  • The Artist shall not resell the artwork made.

For Commercial Use:

​Artwork will be used for monetary purposes.​

You are representing your brand with the use of the artwork with the purpose or chance of monetary gains.

You will or will be making merchandising goods.

You will be using the artwork as a product advertisement.

  • Please do reach out first, as commercial use can be case to case basis and might be adjusted or be removed.

  • You may use the artwork for promotions on social medias - X, instagram and the likes without extra costs. (Credits are very much appreciated but not required.)

  • For commercial rights usage, the commissioner shall pay  an additional cost based on the final cost of the artwork made.

  • None or Already applied - Overlays, background,stream assets,Vtuber Models,Emotes. Various graphic works
    +15% for Digital Merch/Brandings  (Loading Screen illustrations,PNG models, Patreon(and the likes) unlockables), Product advertisements (Ex. You are advertising a specific brand partner using the artwork).
    +50% for Physical Merch

  • The Commissioner has the rights to use the artwork for monetary purposes such as books,comics,covers,streams,merch,promotional materials etc. ​

  • Clients own the artwork but may not claim that they are the artist.

  • The Artist shall not resell the artwork made.

  • Credits are appreciated for the use of the artwork but not required.

  • As much as the "Artist" doesn't mind AI, the "Artist would really appreciate it if you don't feed the artwork into the database.

Payment

  • First payment shall/can be made BEFORE lineart(50%) then Second after base colors(Full).

  • Payments will be made through PAYPAL.

  • Transactions made with VGEN will stay in VGEN.

  • Transactions made with Fiverrr will stay in Fiverr.

  • Please DO NOT respond or send payments to other addresses.

  • The artist will provide the address through the conversation mail/chat box the commissioner and the artist have.

  • For "Fiverr" transactions, the artist had to upcharge 20% of the total cost of the commission to compensate on "Fiverr" service fees.

Cancelling and Refunds

For the Artist

  • The artist have the rights to cancel and refund the commission.
    Rest assured that "I" the artist won't just cancel commissions on a whim, the artist would inform you as soon as possible the reason why the cancellation must be made.

  • If the artist failed to respond and update the client even from the other channels within a month (depends on how long paypal would allow refunds). Please do make a refund "I" value other people's money and hard work. This note is only for if something bars me from communicating with the client. (Ex. Loss of all account access, acts of nature and such)

For the Commissioner

  • The commissioner have the rights to cancel the commission AHEAD OF TIME for any reason.

  • For refund request, the artist have the rights to claim atleast 50% of the payment IF the commission is not yet finished. The commissioner shall inform the artist ahead of time if they are having second thoughts about the commission, failing to comply would result into no refund, unless the artwork is not yet finished.

  • 100% Refund - Sketch Phase

  • 50% Refund - Linearts and Base Colors

  • No refund - Finished

Privacy Policy

I (The Artist) value privacy as a priority, all transactions made with me will be kept confidential unless required and/or forced by law.

Transaction informations will only be shared made with the client will be Artist and Client only.

Crediting of artworks - Pseudo name and public social accounts will be the only information that will be shared.

--Incase of you (The Client) don't want any of your socials/name be shared, please let me (The Artist) know.

-I  (The Artist) ask clients permission to post first,before anything, so rest assured I (The Artist) won't share anything without permission.

Customer Satisfaction

Thanks for taking interest on commissioning me.
I will do my best to Illustrate your vision.Changes made after the commission has been done will incur additional charges such as changing of outfits,hairstyle or any kinds of big changes.I don't mind small changes tho.I am very open for criticism so feel free to leave feed backs!

Any updates to the website, like prices, rules, and TOS will only affect new clients and so forth.

Quick Note

Incase you've reserved a slot, waiting for a progress update,refund and the likes and I (The Artist) wasn't able to respond atleast for a month (up to applicable timeframe for refund request on payment channels) . Please check socials as well for updates, if no updates or anything. Please look for another artist and/or Please do a refund as I may have lost my means to contact, or access to my accounts.
